[urq] HIDS

[wolff at turboquattro.com]

I got rear ended in my Gobi urq last year so I replaced it with a black '83. 
Many parts need to be swapped over. I have funds to do some nice things to 
the black one, so I am starting that process. I work on it outdoors though, 
so the weather needs to cooperate a bit.
