Brandon,

The reason OEM's haven't done it that way is because the HIDs take a
few seconds to power up and wouldn't do well on the flash-to-pass.  Of
course with the H4 H1, you could still have the flash-to-pass, so
yeah, why not?  :-)

Haven't made the HID switch yet.

As cool as the High Beams would be, my understanding is the reason
they're generally not impleme
