[urq] Importing a Car from Canada into the US

Are you sure you want to buy a car like this (I presume it's an urq) at the 
moment? Within a few years, all cars older than 10 years will be salvaged 
hehe... or at least that's on politicians agenda here in Europe, the 
idiots... (jumping on the 'kill the environment' band-wagon for a moment 
here :-).
