[urq] Early urq control arm bushings - 811 407 181 vs 811 407 181A vs 8a0 407 181

Not sure if steel shell ones fit early urq arms, but rubber ones can be 
used on late arms. I've had a set in while waiting for poly bushes. In 
fact some Audi 80 models came with that combination, so fitting the 
other way around seems rather likely.
