[urq] Tail light issues...

Yeah, I know.  Realized after I typed that.  I think the only cars I  
see with two rear fogs are Jaguars.  Actually more or less a moot  
point for US Urq's.  I don't think any were actually equipped with  
them/it (please correct me if I'm wrong).
