[urq] Hot-start

The injector fan should run with ignition off. To test just ground the wire going to the switch/sensor at the back of the intake manifold and the fan should run.

The oxygenated ethenol fuels will raise hell with hot starts on most of these older turbo cars. It boils at a lower temp and vapor locks at the drop of a hat.

Just had the cold-start valve replaced. Still having hot-start problems 
ometimes. 
sn't the injector cooling fan supposed to run with the ignition off?
