Subject: [urq] Urq hot rodding Project

Dear Audifans:

I just got the urq running after a mild hot rodding
project:

Started out with:
MC block
JE pistons
balanced crank, rods and flywheel
Ported and polished head

Work included:

Removed cis system
Extrude honed intake
K & N air cleaner with 2.5 in tube intake plbg.
bigger intercooler
dialynx exhaust manifold
Garrett T3/T4 ball bearing turbo
034 stage 2c efi system
Relocate alternator
Remove ac system

Well it is lot more powerful but I guess I am a little let down. It's
not the fire breathing rocket ship I had hoped for!!!!!!

One thing that is amazing it drives like a bigger engine. There is no
turbo lag. It spools up and pegs the boost needle very quickly!!!!!!!!

Now on the bright side:

It does need more tuning.
the boost is set on 14 psi still
the fuel in the tank is a wee bit old

Regards

Robin
