[urq] Spring maintenance help

Well, I have a feeling it's not the fluid per se, but more likely the
more hygroscopic nature of the ATE stuff. OK if you're changing the
fluid 1x to 2x a year and tracking a car, but apparently not so good
for a daily driver. Hmm. I did pump out what appeared to be quite a
bit of water out the slave cylinder bleed screw, but that's an
anecdotal observation and not necessarily proof....
