Guess what I drove into work this morning? Yep, the Urq. Yeehah!
Love this car. Was running on empty, though and had to fill it with
23.2 gallons of premium. Ah, well.

Ended up just doing a lot of clutch slave bleeding with the Valvoline
synthetic and got better pedal feel. Removing that slave pin is
really no fun. I had too many extensions to reach the pin punch. I
hope I don't have to to the slave until II do need to replace the
ovaled clutch lever pin, as there's too much slop in the pedal before
the master cylinder rod actuator even moves.

The no charge issue was due to the connector for the field wire not
being tight enough, so I used my needle nose pliers to tighten the
crimp. Not satisfied, I checked further -- one of the previous
owners had covered the field wire with that wire loom tubing and I
thought I'd remove and inspect. Well, that stuff is fine if you have
something good to protect! The wiring underneath had already been
abraided enough so that 1 cm was exposed and probably had half the
wiring strands still there. A few cuts, butt connector install and
heatshrinked and I'm much happier. Still need to address the
apparent broken wires in the driver's door -- inop mirrors, drivers
window, power door locks...

I'll do a full brake bleed with the Valvoline synthetic tonight.
