[urq] Urq Rear brake upgrade

Great advice if you need new parts.  But I have a '90 V8 just taking  
up room in the garage that's donating the rears (cilpers, carriers,  
rotors, pads) to my Urq and the rear calipers are being rebuilt as I  
write :-)
