The calipers and carriers are the same 91200tq/v8/S4, the *rotors* are not.
The 200 uses a rotor that has a unique offset to fit the 5000 and 200 tq
cars. The v8 and S4 rotor is used for the urq application.
Don't forget to clean the uprights where the carriers attach. The footprint
is slightly larger, so any accumulated rust on the caliper/carrier interface
can cause a bad fitment.

Just did this mod a few months ago. Yes, the UrS4/S6, V8, 200TQ(20v)
rear vented rotors and calipers are all the same. Yes, they bolt right
up to the UrQ. Yes, you can get away with the old style cables, however
the newer style work a bit better. If you let all the slack out of the
old style cables, you can hook the metal balls (at the end of the
cables) into the e-brake arms. I used to run some 4k calipers that way,
but the cables seized up and I switched to the newer style. If you do
convert to the new style cables, don't forget to buy the balancing
bracket and longer threaded rod (the one that sticks out of the e-brake
handle) as this system uses two separate cables instead of the single
cross-over one on the UrQ. It is a very good upgrade, well worth the
effort and/or money.
