Yeah Presitge Imports, historically, has had a role in testing and
developemnt I believe. Not "uncommon" to see pre-production and such
vehicles going up and down Squaw Pass - although my only cool sighting
was a batch of A3's back in late 90's IIRC.

I saw an R8 driving down I-70 (near Idaho Springs, CO) this weekend.
It....was......awesome.
You lucky dog!!
Were there any chase vehicles? When I saw a few Q7's before they were
supposed to be here, they had a leading and following Avant with 2
people and a
fair amount of equipment. It was interesting to me that they either
didn't know
what an URQ was or didn't care. I was moving around them to get
different
perspectives and giving the Q a looking over out of curiosity. I am
really looking forward to seeing an R8 up close and personal. Two
dimensional photos never do justice to great styling.
