[urq] Ended Ebay 220094945974 - was it really rare? TURBO EXHAUST MANIFOLD 2 PIECE UR

On this forum a 2 piece exhaust manifold is often recommended as a urq replacement.  I got the impression this manifold was installed on a lot of 5000 turbos.   This item 220094945974 sold for almost $400.  Is it rare or what was installed in a lot of 5000 turbos?
