[urq] Need some help

Im assuming UrQ...

1) do the signals work? I agree, replace blinker relay
2) The crab or fuses is likely the culprit, dont rule out bulbs or 
wiring at the  bulbs either though.
3) Speedo cable wont help anything... check instrument cluster ground. 
If all ok, then gauge is binding, you can probably find replacement 
gauge easy enough
