Probably..

IF you have the special tool "Hub Shark" or equivalent, maybe.
As the bearing is pressed in (and probably has never been out), I can
pretty well *Guarantee* you won't be tapping it out. :-)

How did you deal with the spring tension?

I'd think it'd be hard to do.
Considering how easy the struts come out, me, I'd just remove them to do
the job.
Actually I replaced front strut cat ridges, and strut mounts all around
last weekend, in preparation for going to Carlisle. Quite the adventure..!
Found that one of the rear spring perches had broken up, and spring was
riding on the body.
Seems at the urq uses a slightly different perch than the 4kq. The older
urq one is made in tow pieces, but is not as 'high' as the 4kq one.
However, it looks to be a weaker design too.. Anyone else have experience
with 'old style' perches breaking / failing?
