He's got a replacement for the type 89 cluster, and I used one with
great success. He also lists a bunch under the "mechanical gears" link,
one of which might be what you need.

Anyone know of the history of materials used in odometer/speedometer
construction, when/what plastics/metals were and are used? Finally
bought a used speedo assembly for C$50.00, bugs me how just because of
one tooth that odometer no longer works, speedo and tacho work.
