Which one are you cking?  If it's a standard 4 pin, you have plenty of  
"known goods" on the fuse board.  My quick test on a 4 pin is to remove the  
suspect, put it in the horn position and, er, ck for continuity.   Preferrably when 
a friend is peering down into the engine bay.
 
The more complicated way is to apply 12v to pin 85 and ground to pin 86  
(with a MM to pins 15 and 30)
