... perhaps we can start by collecting ideas on places people would be
willing to drive to for a meeting.  For those who would entertain attending
UPG2008 list where you'd be coming from and maybe your top 3 (or 5?)
recommended destinations.  Try to select destinations that are say not more
than 3 pleasurable days drive from the opposite side of the continent.
