[urq] UPG 2008 Planning

Brandon,
I love the map idea.
WHO can receive all the locations/people and put it on a map. Nothing
fancy, but just a NA map and put a number on each city where someone has
confirmed "Serious Intent" on coming.

I would define "Serious Intent" on:
-Wants to come
-Willing to drive a minimum of 1-full day to get there.

We can worry about dates, etc knowing that a date conflict could cause a few
to drop out but at this point its to early to worry about that. I would
also say that the numbers reflect each vehicle coming. Not necessarily each
ur-q as if someone want to come and has an ur-q but its not running I think
they should count. But each "Couple" per say. Even though a lot of our
"Couples" are probably going to be a couple guys in a car. Hah hah

Not Quite sure how to handle the one person that said they would bring TWO
of their ur-q's. I think that would still count as ONE couple, unless he's
bringing a wife in his and letting a couple friends come int he other then
that might be a 2.

Also, we could expand this further by doing 2-maps.
1 for people with Serious Intent at 1 Day.
2 for Serious Intent with 2-days driving.

FYI..Myself. I might consider 1.5-2 days IF the location itself has more to
offer than just the cars. IE...Scenic, something of interest. Otherwise
I'd be in for only one day. IE..for me. Kansas City seems boring. I
wouldn't go. But Road America "Wisconsin" or whatever that track is in
Wisconsin I would be interested Might be interested in Mt. Washington
Hillclimb too even though I have no idea where it is. :-)
