[urq] UPG in 2008

There are two such events that are centrally located, one at Heartland Park,
KS and the other near Omaha, NE.

Sadly there is currently no venue in CO that ACNA uses.  They have instead
moved it to UT, a bit too far west for those coming from the east.

Any that are held east of KS or NE are a bit too far east for those who may
be coming from the west.

The KS event is typically sold out early as that chapter has in the past at
least opened it to other marques' clubs.

The event near Omaha at the Mid America Motorplex might be the best bet for
this approach.  In a quick check, I did not find an upcoming event currently
scheduled there, though in the past they were held in mid April.
