[urq] Stumble mid boost?

I have a stumble at mid boost I would call it more then a stumble if feels
like the fuel pump cutting out!

It happens at anywhere between 8 and 10 pounds on the gauge and if I stay on
the gas through the stumble it will go up to about 17 pounds without any
problems.

This issue does not happen around the 4k rpm point and all the connections
are good on the air temp sensor? 

Suggestions are welcome...
