[urq] part number conversion

Can anyone with access to a version of the family album that will allow input of a part number to ID the part please let me know what model 035 133 353P is from. It is a CIS metering head. Just want to make sure I have not been "done" on a purchase. I was told it was from an 87 WR but I have my doubts - no electrical connection for the on board computer potentiometer.
