[urq] 'Raised urq'

Up until a week or so ago, I was convinced mine is lowered somehow,
now I'm not so sure.

Brandon, do you recall having any opinion about that at all?  It's
been awhile since you've seen it.  Once I start actually working on
the thing I'll probably be able to figure it out for sure, but I'm
just wondering out loud, I guess.
