When I rebuilt my motor I went to a local hydraulics shop who handle braided
steel stuff and had them made for a fraction of factory cost.
I also know you can get the oil cooler shroud (new) on www.ebay.co.uk - a
regular listing - not too pricey either.

I always wondered if this cooler - like the aux radiator -  was worth the
trouble.   I never took the time to even feel if the one that is installed
in my car gets hot.  People spend a fortune on the hoses to and from the oil
cooler.  It also seemed likely that an upgrade would be the way to go - much
like people get away from the stock urq radiator.   The shroud for the oil
cooler is also expensive.   It seems like this little oil cooler ends up
$1000 between the shroud and hoses.
