Thanks Steve. Actually Im trying to get away from the snow and cold :)  
Ive spent a ton of time there and that pretty much convinced me I need 
to move there. I really do love it. Im most worried about the A2 and the 
Cossie. Ill grab you offline with the details of the others and maybe 
what can be done. :)
