[urq] hot start issues

- Take the screw out from the back of the accumulator, and if fuel comes 
out, its gone.
- Change thermo switch for inj. cooling fan to lowest value (85C= 034 
919 369 B).
- make sure that cooling fan connecting hose has no cracks.
- To test cold start inj., connect a wire long enough to reach the 
cabin, to brown wire on the CSI (just push the bare end in the connector 
slot. Ground the other end of the wire (for a second or so), while 
starting the car. If it fires, your CSI is OK, and the problem could be 
the puls start relay.
