[urq] Cold Start Injector Operation

Hello Gary:

I'm not so sure that tehre is a 'relay' as such.

I'm pretty sure it works this way:

-When cranking, one of the terminals on the starter becomes live
(I think It also gets 'ignition on' power)

-That starter 'live' terminal feeds to the 'Cold Start Injector Sensor'
(CSIS)
CSIS is one of teh sensors on teh back of the head

-CSIS 'passes on' that 'cranking' signal to the Cold start injector IF the
sender is deeming it's cold enough.

(Both engine heat and ignition on can stop the cranking signal from reaching
the COld Start injectoor

Me, I'd first look to see if the "CSIS" sensor is even gettign the cranking
signal from the starter. Knowing how the wiring is on some starters, I'd not
be surprised if that's where the problem is! :-)
