June, August or September.  I like the idea of Fall because of less
scorching hot summer temps - and I imagine a lot of guys don't have A/C
- although I realize the summer months are likely better for timing and
vacation availability...

As for location - Indy is fine by me - Dennis and I did Denver to Indy
(1200 miles) in 1 very long day on the way to UPG CT a couple years ago.
Of course I hate to alienate the West Coasters....NA is so darn big....

I just had someone else sign up for the yahoo group ... so I thought I'd
ping again.  So far there's been precious little discussion on list ...
and very little off list that I know about.  Scott J is willing to take
charge of an Indianapolis event ... in fact I think he may have already
started putting a team together.  I think Indianapolis will work for
most folks in the east and midwest ... even Canada ... but I doubt many
are going to make it from the west coast.  Depending upon when it is
held I may be able to swing it.  At this point I'd say mid-July to early
August would be completely out for me for a trip to Indy.  

Thoughts about what time would be best to hold the event?
