You definitely won't be doing this with a full tank of gas. Best bet would be to pull
the tank and install them on the tank and feed them down.
I've been able to drain into four 5 gallon tanks in order to work on the lines - just
make sure you have room to manipulate the tanks from underneath the car - can be tricky.

... if you have an empty fuel tank it isn't too difficult ...
Unfortunately for me the hose went bad right after I filled up with the "new" gas ...
and it was a real PITA to crawl under the car and replace the hose ...
If you only have a small amount of gas in the tank you can plan to drain the tank before
fully removing the hose ...

Guys-
How difficult a job is it to replace the hose from the fuel tank to the pre-pump
filter?
Can I just remove the grommet where the two hoses go through the floor to the tank? I
see from the FA that they both are attached by hose clamps and nipples.
