[urq] Electric Window Regulator Cable Specs 4-door Typ 89

Hello Maurits:

I wondering if you know that the cable lengths are not the only thing
different between 2 door and 4 door regulators?

While they *look* the same, one of the regulators works at a steeper 'angle'
front to back than the other (The holes in the lifer won't align correctly
with the window glass).  That *can* be fixed by enlarging the holes (or I
suppose you could use the part off teh old mechanisim).

The second differance is that the 2 door mechanisim has a slightly different
'curve' to it, causing the window to bind somewhat when going up and down.

When all done, it'll 'sort of work', but  may leave you wishing for the
'proper' part too..    

Those numbers for the cable length are very valuable ween rebuilding. Good
resource!

Good luck on your rebuild.  It's a test of patience, working on the
regulators..
