[urq] gas pedal weirdness update

It worked out fairly easily with the cross-listed VW bushings.  Martin, 
I started to pull the pedal assembly and then thought, Why?  Once the 
cable is released, it was easy to pop the cable end into the bushing 
already mounted on the weight.  With the free pedal, it wasn't that hard 
to squeeze the bushing into the ring and mount it to the other side of 
the weight.  I figured that eliminated the possibility of dropping a 
clip or bushing form the pedal assembly.  The only problem I encountered 
was that while I reattached the cable, the weight apparently rotated and 
got caught up, so I had to pop the bushing out and back into the pedal 
ring, which was a little more difficult because I was pushing in from 
the slightly larger end.  But I had put a very minimal amount of Teflon 
on the bushing, so it wasn't that hard.

I think the feel is slightly different, as you would expect...a bit more 
direct.  Other than that, the same. 

The parts supplier to my FLAPS has the part listed as a cable grommet; 
p/n 611 54007 589, x-listed with the VW p/n 191 721 559; neither of 
which returns anything on a WorldPac search.
