[urq] RE : wheel studs

There is a cheap solution for those with cone-seat wheels that wants to keep
wheel bolts : Volvo S80 wheel bolts are identical to the urQ's, except they
are conical and 19mm hex. Here in the rust belt, Volvo replace the rusty
bolts no charge but the parts guy keeps the old ones and sell them for 1$
apiece...
