I'd bought out an ur-q memorabilia collection from one of the staff at
Sewickley, and that was amid the paperwork I went through. I didn't have the
heart to keep it in my collection when I knew that someone out there had
that exact car(1 of 73). A little research brought me to you, and provided a
great intro for a meeting in CO :)

Yes... Rich actually bought that "distressed" '85 from me... and it came
with the original window sticker.? Not sure if that sticker made its way to
Bob.? The car was originally delivered to a dealer in Sewickley, PA.

The window sticker found its way to me through Chris from Force 5... can't
remember how he got it.

Loved that car... put over 100k miles on it all by myself.

Dave

Not sure if Bob is on here..

I heard that Bob bought an '85 ur Quattro from Rich
out in Washington state last year.
I learned after speaking with Rich, that his car was
within 7 cars of mine on the assy line.
Kinda cool to know of another car that was built on
the same day!
They were the same color, so it was obviously the same
batch of paint.
I just thought he'd possibly be interested in that
info, as it's near impossible to hear of 2 cars on the
line together located in the same general area (again)
