[urq] Just one per wheel. wheel studs

To make it easy to change a wheel on an urq with standard bolts rather than
studs I made a tommy bar by cutting the threaded portion off a wheel nut and
welding 6" of round bar of similar diameter to it. I "domed" the bar end so
as not to scratch the inside of wheels and it works a treat. Just give it a
few turns in the top-most bolt hole and slide on the wheel. You can even do
it in the dark. I'm fairly certain the original tool kit that came with the
cars when new had a plastic version of this but I don't know anyone who
still has theirs.

installed per wheel. That would cut cost and make tire changes easier.
