[urq] Silicone Radiator Hose kit for UrQ

Just as an FYI, maybe do some more research, I heard that using silicone hoses for coolant is not good, and that if you are, they still need to be rubber coated on the inside as silicone deteriorates when in contact with glycorols. At least thats my understanding...
