[urq] gas pedal wierdness

The trottle cable is connected to the pedal by some
kind of aluminium counterweight that sits in a rubber or cork thing .
No retaining clip , no bolt , nothing .
Most likely the cork or whatever it is is compleately desintegrated .
I've modified mine with an steel pin in a bronze bushing and a retaining
bolt .
Difficult to describe , you'll see what I mean when you look under the dash
.

Another possability is that the clip retaining the throttle cable to the
intake manifold
has broken . That could also give exessive play on the throttle to pedal
linkage .

Third I can think of is that the return spring on the throttle itself is
broken .
But thats not likely , then the car wouldn't return to idle .

Either way , it's not a big problem to fix .
