[urq] Starting Problem

You can eliminate the fuel system loosing pressure in a easy way . .
With the car in the right condition .
Engine cold , not used for a couple of day's etc .

Power the fuel pump manually by shortening the relais or use an
auxiliary wire from the battery to the pump .
Allow the fuel pump to run 10..15 seconds .
That ought to assure pressure in the system .

Then start the engine . If there's a noticeable improvement ,
you have a leaking check valve or injectors leaking fuel or a bad
accumulator .
If there's no improvement , look elsewhere .
Termotimeswitch is a good first suspect , auxiliary fuel injector is a good
second .

I've also had the opposite .
Cols start injector injecting far to much , thus flooding the engine when
cold .

To check or eliminate this , simply disable the injector by unplugging the
electrical connector
Then start the engine . Cold , not run for a day or two .
If there's a good improvement , replace the injector .
If there's no change check the termotimeswitch and the wiring to it .
If thing's got worse , your cold start system is functioning the way it
should
