Maurits,

You can actually get away w/o using a special tool at all inorder to get the
rear pistons to retract.

What I do is use a pipe wrench to turn the piston (clockwise) and then take
a c-clamp and put the fixed end on the back of the caliper and the rotating
portion on the piston.  This normally gives enough spin to get the piston to
retract.  If not, put pressure on the piston w/ the c-clamp, then turn it w/
the pipe wrench.  I've also used needle nosed pliers as well to turn the
piston.
