[urq] Brake and Fuel line changes

Thanks to those that responded.
I've actually found a set of OE fuel lines, so that will be better.
The suggestion that makes the most sense to me on the brake lines is  
to use the premade metric lines available at the local parts places.  
Some adjustments will have to be made due to different lengths, but I  
won't have to buy the bubble/ISO flare tool and learn that skill.
Rubber flex lines were still available and ordered.
