I don't remember anyone actually doing this calculation James, that's a lot of work to get correctly.? I do know that Audi has published the urq weight distribution as 57f/43r, slightly less without a/c.? The advantage to that (according to Audi) was under acceleration, the weight distribution was 50/50... ?? FYI POR, years ago, when developing a big red kit for the Audis, I measured a G60 rotor, caliper, carrier, pads, and attaching bolts at 33.5lbs

Subject: [urq] Unsprung weight / weight distribution

Does anyone know the unsprung weight of the Urq?

I'm specifically looking for unsprung weight with OE single pot calipers and
8J Ronals, but any other combo will do, to get me in the ball park.

Also, how about weight distribution? 60/40 F/R?

Cheers,

Jim.
