[urq] Warm-up regulator questions

I don't know how much this will help, sine it's not the turbo setup, but 
here is the CIS vacuum setup for the WUR:

Here you can see what might be something you need to use, a one-way 
valve between those two ports.

Does your car use an auxiliary air valve for more air when cold?
