[urq] vacuum brake booster conversion

'91 200 or V8 will get you the bigger MC for future upgrades and it's a bolt-on. You could use an Ur-S MC, but that only gives you two ports, where-as the 200/V8 MC will give you four.
The stock Urq MC will not fit a 4kq brake booster.
