Mike,  

That's what I thought also, however I now think that the rear ports of the master cylinder
are for  the front brakes.

I put the lines for the front brakes coming from the front of the master cylinder, however I think this is wrong.
Martin sent me a factory urq file clearly showing that the lines for the front brakes come from the rear
of the master  cylinder.

Maybe someone else can chime in?

Where is a good place to find the metric fittings?
Most places that I've seen only sell the English sizes.

When using the 4 port MC and the Willwood proportioning valve, 
I assume that the front brakes are plumbed into the front 2 ports,
the rear goes into one rear port and the other rear port is plugged.
