[urq] Firewall brace for clutch/master cyl.

I believe the difference is that one is designed to be mounted on the inside 
of the car while the other is to be mounted in the engine compartment.

Making one that fits inside the car is the way I decided to go when I needed 
one and it was not hard, but I only mounted to one of the clutch MC bolts.
