With no factory A/C, this seems very straight forward, save the fact that
I had a typ 44 core squirrelled away not a typ 85! Did this recently on a
BMW, crimped the inlet/outlet lines and drilled a hole in the core to
drain what's in the core before I opened the hose clamps. A healthy
helping of plastic sheeting on the floor helped as well.
Waiting for core to arrive thought I'd ask if anyone has sourced/cross
referenced a metal heater control valve. Mine is only about 10 years old,
but I'd go metal while I'm tackling the rest of it.
thx
Mike
