[urq] electric to mechanical speedo (Mike Sylvester)

Mike,

You need to pull the axle flange from 200 trans and remove the elec sender
parts.  Then take the mechanical odo/speedo parts from your UrQ trans and
put them into the 200 trans.  I did this for my 4000, and it's all
documented here:
