If you don't want to cut stuff up, I think there are three options. Modify
a 944T IC, buy a 2B IC, or buy an Apikol IC. All mount in the stock
location but are bigger than stock. 944T IC requires moving Alternator over
to driver side, as does the 2B IC I think. Apikol has an IC (that I helped
him design - and of course have one on my car) that is as big as possible
yet retains all factory mounting for A/C, alternator, etc.
Another thing to think about might be water injection in lieu of a bigger
IC....??

Has anyone solved the space problem mounting a fmic in a urq? Hank Iroz
managed it but had to modify/cut part of the front crossmember & grill. I
don't want to cut anything if I don't have to. Does it make more sense to
use a 944 ic & mount it on the side with the oil cooler in front? Thanks,
