[urq] urq front mount intercooler

I've only seen photos of one installed and that was a long time ago. From 
memory, the aux rad was removed and the two intercooler elements fitted 
around the front engine stabiliser (stub with rubber knob that sits in the 
retainer on the front crossmember). This must have meant the alternator was 
relocated to lower right side (looking in to the engine bay).

I've been looking for one for years. Made by Treser I believe in the 1980's
for the 10v motors.
