[urq] Vintage 80's steering wheel

Any 4k/cgt wheel is a "drop in" replacement, and most (US) are/were nice 
black leather.  Of course, most have died in the sun years ago.

The type 89 (1988-90 80/90) wheels also fit but you need to swap the 
horn contact ring IIRC.
