[urq] Can anyone ID This upper rad cover?

I saw a 4kQ/20vT on the marketplace this morning . looks like a sweet car .
anyway I noticed an upper radiator shroud that looks a bit bigger than the
factory part for the urq.  Here's a link to the picture:
